By ” Kleverflows.com ” we mean any web page (website, landing page, subdomain, etc.) owned, managed or under the umbrella of Klever. While browsing our Site, terms such as, but not limited to: “we”, “our” refer to the company Kura Trading .
Kleverflows.com includes all online information for users who accept the terms and conditions as well as other details presented in this document.

The content of the Kleverflows.com Site : images, texts, web graphics, scripts, software, design rights, model rights, patents, registered trademarks constitute the entire property of Klever and is protected by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights and by the laws on intellectual and industrial property. The use of any of the elements listed above without the consent of Kura Trading is punishable, according to the legislation in force.
Kura Trading Company may grant the User , through an agreement, the right to use, in a described form, certain content of the Site. This agreement applies strictly to the content/contents defined, for a period established in the agreement and only to the person/persons who have been allowed to use these contents, without being able to use other contents of the Klever.ro site .
The use of any registered trademark on the Klever.ro Site does not constitute an advertisement for the respective company. Klever assumes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site’s content.

Kura Trading reserves the right to block, without prior notice and for an indefinite period, access from an IP address, if it identifies behavior that cannot be justified by normal and reasonable access to the website.
Chapter XII. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Kura Trading cannot be held liable for damages of any kind that the User or any third party may suffer as a result of the Owners’ failure to fulfill any of their obligations and for damages resulting from the use of the Site.
By using the content of the Site, the User expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions of the Site, in the latest updated version, which is communicated within the Site, existing at the time of browsing the Site or interacting with us through the forms on the Site or contact details.

If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the Romanian legal provisions in the field will apply, and the resolution of conflicts is within the competence of the Romanian courts.
